Working with a Bunch of Idiots!

" Success of a Company - Individual Commitment

 or a Group Effort ?"

I believe anyone and everyone, once in their lives have thought of this.
But if u ask one of my friends - a guy called google about the word
accountability or self awareness, you need to rethink.
I got the same thought few months ago.
But I didn’t quit, I didn’t leave, I didn’t play the blame game.

“Criticism, like rain,
should be gentle enough
to nourish a man’s growth
without destroying his roots.”
– Frank A. Clark

Well, people don’t take transparent feedbacks that sportingly.
On a long run we need to take efforts for people whom we want to work with,
and improve the efficiency and success rate of the company ultimately.
We’ve all heard the saying "one bad apple spoils the whole bunch,
" but we ignore the fact that we have
"one good person who makes the workplace worth staying".

Some people see the thing that they want,
and some people see the thing
that prevents them from getting the thing that they want.
- Simon Sinek

I strengthened my purpose of life and
kept the belief within me alive.
Because I believe, if I believe what I believe
only then people will believe what I Believe.

kNOw fire, kNOw work.

“Examine what is said
and not who speaks.”
– African proverb

It’s often said sometimes or many times
and in some cases Always, "You are the problem "
And I do agree to sometimes, " many times ".

But interestingly I happened to be in a position
where I was the bargaining king.
And now I agree to sometimes, many times
and mostly always "You are the solution "

Yes, you are the solution and you have the solution Always.
Say it loud!
I just thought out the same a bit louder!

P.S: Introducing the Recall Month

Variety of ways to give someone recognition.
I believe I have found out the best possible way.
Every Friday You include a nominee from your office
who you would like to recognize & appreciate.
Each week the current nominee (the winner for you)
chooses the next.
I believe it’s a nice way to make your colleagues
feel good about the solid work they’ve done for the company.

Rules:
No praising, No description,
No emotional thank yous and sorry's,
just take the opportunity to let the person know,
He/ She does exists for a Purpose and should keep Adding Value.

So who's your first nominee?
Do let me know.

Yours,
